Bristol Shipbrokers is an independent shipbroking company owned and managed by Chris Earp and Marvin Peckham. Together, they bring more than 40 years of combined shipbroking experience across the global shipping industry, delivering trusted expertise and tailored solutions to clients worldwide.

Chris began his shipping career in 2001 and spent 17 years in Tokyo, developing extensive experience in the Japanese markets. During this time, he worked closely with established shipowners and operators in the dry bulk and tanker sectors before relocating to the United Kingdom, expanding the company's presence and client network throughout the Atlantic region.

Marvin entered the shipbroking industry in 2010, specialising in dry bulk period and projects. After building his career in the European market from London and Copenhagen, he relocated to Dubai, UAE, where he established the company's headquarters in 2022, and from where the company continues to oversee its strategic growth.

In 2025, Tim Wright joined Bristol Shipbrokers to lead the opening of the Singapore office. Having 20+ years of industry experience, strong client relationships, his in-depth knowledge of the Asian shipping markets have strengthened the company's regional presence and expanded its global reach.

Since the company's inception, Rie Mikame has managed post-fixture operations from Japan, ensuring the highest standards of operational support and seamless service for clients across every fixture.
